Cooperation with foreign scientists at the university opens up new opportunities for further interaction and exchange of experience in the training of highly qualified personnel. In the 2024-2025 academic year, the Department of Finance, Accounting and Management is establishing contacts with foreign partner universities. Thus, with the assistance of the Bologna Process Center and the University's academic mobility, a foreign expert from Germany, Professor Martine Verhayen, was invited to the department. Today, Professor Verhayen conducted practical classes on the topic of "Recruitment and Management of Personnel" for students of the educational program "HR Management". Students of groups HR-12, 22, 32 listened with interest to the course on the selection and adaptation of personnel in an organization, classical recruitment, mass recruitment, headhunting technologies. They also learned how to determine the organization's needs for personnel and select personnel using various methods, document the recruitment process and take into account the costs of finding employees. At the end of the lecture, the future HR managers thanked the lecturer for the useful information.
