ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AS PART OF PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Faculty members of the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Management at Abay Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University regularly participate in webinars on the "Antiplagiarism. Create with Your Mind" platform, where they discuss modern tools for ensuring academic integrity and methods for improving the quality of educational activities.

The goal of the webinars goes beyond simply mastering plagiarism-checking technologies. They are aimed at developing critical thinking, developing independent analysis and research skills in students, and improving teaching methods based on scientific principles. During the sessions, teachers discuss relevant scientific and practical cases, share experiences in applying research approaches, and explore modern plagiarism prevention strategies.

Regular participation in such events allows the department to stay abreast of the latest educational and scientific trends, integrating the acquired knowledge not only into the educational process but also into research activities. This contributes to improving the quality of education, developing students' research competencies, and preparing future specialists for high-level professional work.

Faculty members of the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Management emphasize that such initiatives are important for fostering a culture of academic integrity and intellectual independence among students. A scientifically based approach to faculty professional development directly impacts student success, and systematic work with the "Antiplagiarism. Create with Your Own Mind" platform is becoming part of the department's strategic development as an educational and research center.
