"Cooperation for innovations and exchange of experience"
Key Action 2 "Cooperation for innovations and exchange of experience" includes such components as: Increase of potential in the higher education (IPHE), Alliances of knowledge, Strategic partnership. The IPHE component is a continuation of the Tempus program, including financing of joint and structural projects. Projects in the field of development of potential are the projects of interinstitutional cooperation of the universities of the
Program Countries and the Partners Countries directed to modernization, expansion of availability and development of internationalization of the higher education in the Partners Countries, creation of the platform for development and strengthening of cooperation between EU countries and the Partners Countries, assistance to cross-cultural and interpersonal exchange. These projects are based on multilateral partnership between higher education institutions of the Program Countries and higher education institutions more than 150 Partners Countries and directed to development and modernization of curricula and programs, joint methods of training, improvement of management and the management of the universities, strengthening of communication between higher education institutions and production.
