April 20 this year in Moscow, at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Tenth Eurasian Anti-Corruption Forum "Constitutional and Legal Guidelines for Combating Corruption" was held online. The forum was attended by the heads of public authorities of the countries of the Eurasian region, representatives of international organizations, leading scientists and experts from Austria, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Italy, Kazakhstan, China and other states, representatives of international organizations. Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Law of A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University Togaybaeva Sh.S. was invited to participate in the forum. Over the years of its work, the forum has established itself as a generally recognized international discussion platform for discussing the most pressing issues, means and methods of combating corruption. A feature of the tenth forum was a broad scientific discussion of the constitutional and legal foundations of anti-corruption reforms in various countries, as well as their impact on improving anti-corruption legislation and the practice of its application.
