January 13-24, 2025. The International Winter School "Justice and Effective Institutions in the Field of Sustainable Development" is being held in Shymkent (Kazakhstan) at the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University. Along with scientists from domestic and foreign universities, the International Winter School is attended by Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence of A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University Togaybaeva Sh.S., who will deliver reports on January 20-21 on "Practice of Bringing Droppers to Justice", "Illegal possession of a car or other vehicle without the purpose of theft".
