On September 24, 2024, the faculty of the Department of Jurisprudence of A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University took part in the scientific and practical webinar "Main Legal Challenges of Artificial Intelligence". The problems of rapidly developing technologies and their impact on legislation and law enforcement practice in this area were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the issues of data protection, intellectual property and liability for the actions of AI. The speakers shared their thoughts on the future of legal regulation of artificial intelligence and how important it is to keep up with technological changes.
