PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS

Psychological support for students who have arrived from abroad plays an important role in their adaptation and successful learning in a new cultural and educational context. Students who have arrived from other countries face differences in culture, language, social norms and habits, and may also experience loneliness and homesickness. Psychological support helps to cope with culture shock and adapt to new conditions. It is important to help students find new friends, establish communication with local students and teachers, reduce the feeling of isolation and strengthen the sense of belonging to a new community. In this regard, the head of the psychological service of the university Tulebaeva A.A. organized a visit to students living in the dormitory. This time, two 4th-year students who were undergoing industrial training at our university rushed to help the psychologist. Future psychologists were happy to communicate with students, shared useful information and applied their knowledge in practice.
