WAYS TO ACQUIRE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

The training of future specialists involves the formation and development of professional competencies. As part of the teaching of the discipline "Pedagogical Mastery", 3rd-year students of the educational programs "Pedagogy and Psychology" and "Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education" acquire the skills of modern competencies. During classes, students master the components of pedagogical culture, pedagogical techniques, learn the essence of pedagogical communication, specify its functions, styles, and conflict resolution technologies. Classes are held on various topics, where students demonstrate their practical skills. The last lesson was held in the form of a New Year's party, to which children with special educational needs of CSI "Secondary School No. 14" in Kokshetau were invited. Students prepared assignments for children and demonstrated their readiness to work in the field of inclusive education.
